Responsible Serving Training Sessions at International Culinary Institutes (ICI) of VTC

FReD ran two Responsible Serving training sessions at the International Culinary Institutes (ICI) of Vocational Training Council respectively on 6 October and 15 October 2021. Eighty staff members and students from Higher Diploma in Wine and Beverage Business Management and Classic Western Cuisine attended the presentations. They showed enthusiastic interest in the topic and were encouraged to take the test online and become certified responsible servers.
