Responsible Serving Training Sessions for School of Hotel & Tourism Management at PolyU

In September 2022, FReD ran two training sessions in hybrid format (face-to-face and online) for respectively Year 1 and Year 2 students at the School of Hotel & Tourism Management (SHTM) at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), with a total reach of about 200 people. All SHTM students were required to complete the Responsible Serving Online Course and test before graduation.
