Collaboration with PolyU SPEED to Promote the Responsible Serving Online Training Course and Test

PolyU SPEED incorporated FReD’s Responsible Serving promotional materials into an in-class assessment component, Promotional Copy, under the course “Writing for Marketing and Public Relations Purposes in English”. FReD conducted a Responsible Serving training session in April 2022 for the students so that they completed the online test and got certified prior to the project. The students were assigned to draft a press release to promote the Responsible Serving Online Training Course and Test, and raise awareness of the importance of responsible drinking and serving. The professor selected the top five copies for FReD to review and rank them in terms of “useability” in the real world.
