“Together, our voices can stop drink-driving” Campaign
FReD ran the "Together, our voices can stop drink-driving" campaign from 6 December 2011 to 31 January 2012 to call for community action against drink driving. Posters and publicity materials urging the community to speak out for responsible drinking were placed at bus shelters and on different bus and mini-bus routes across the territory. QR codes were placed on the publicity materials to encourage the public to pledge their anti-drink driving support through FReD’s mobile website.
The Road Safety Council joined FReD in supporting the campaign. "Together, our voices can stop drink-driving" kicked off during a launch ceremony held on 6 December 2011 at the Cultural Centre’s Piazza. Mrs. Jenny To, Chairman of FReD, Dr. Eric Cheng M.H., OStJ, JP, Chairman of Road Safety Council Campaign Committee of Road Safety Council and legislator Hon. Chan Hak-kan were all present at the launch event.

We were delighted to see so many anti drink-driving pledges and have already uploaded them onto our pledge wall. The authors of the most creative pledges have received recognition for the contributions in the form of Octopus Cards. And we would like to thank you all for joining us in speaking out against drink driving.
